Ducks

No matter where I am my eyes are constanly on the alert for the distinctive shape of a duck or goose. From the beauty of their plumage to the gracefullness of them in flight you can't help but be impressed at the wonderful design that God put into the birds. Let's confess it now, we have all been thankful on occasion to see a lowly coot swim by.
Anway, I hope this guide will help you in identifying waterfowl you may have the joy of seeing.
I must also be noted, that the images you see are from a book title "All About Waterfowling in America", edited by Jerome Knap. It was published in 1976 by the Winchester Press. I plan to, eventually, replace all of the images with drawings I have done myself.
